First things first... Yes, the relationship is toxic. Yes, Alex is a possessive alphahole. Yes, it's dark and twisty. No, this is not a sweet and tender love story.
I absolutely adore this edition of Twisted Love by Ana Huang. The cover is timeless, yet beautifully elegant.
The author's addictive writing style has had me hooked from the very first chapter, I just hated putting this book down at all! The unexpected plot twists were absolutely insane and I had quite a few ‘NO WAY SHE DIDN’T JUST WRITE THAT!!’ moments.
I loved how Ana Huang makes you feel all the emotions while reading - and then there were the spicy scenes... Holy hell, they leave you drooling!!
I also really love the characters. It has been amazing to experience the growing relationship between Ava and Alex and both their massive character developments. However, not only the main characters but also all the incredible side characters have found a place in my little reader's heart really fast! Especially Ava's brother Josh and their whole sibling relationship are wonderful. Though I also have quite a thing for Jules with her quirky and sassy character.
All up, Twisted Love by Ana Huang has been an utter reading highlight and I can highly recommend you all read it - if you don't, you're really missing out! I can't wait to dive into the next book of this series to see what happens with all the other characters.
