The beautifully designed cover suits perfectly in the picture of the previous books of this series. I absolutely love the colours of every single cover and it's amazing how the cover perfectly resembles Ivy.
As always, the great author Montana Ash swiped me away with her grand talent as a writer. She's writing in such a detailed and action-loaded way, you won't be able to find even the slightest dull or boring scene. I simply love the author's funny, witty, sexy, and thrilling writing style.
I got pulled into the story straight away and haven't been able to stop reading until I inhaled every single word of this book. The plot is very well thought-through and the whole story around Max and her group of Elemental Paladins is adding up more and more.
First of all, you'll meet all the lovely characters you already know from the previous books. And gosh, I can tell you I've been waiting to join them on their adventures again!
But you will also meet Ivy. Beyden's older sister and a badass ranger. She is fierce, stubborn, and most of all she set her mind on living a lonely ranger's life. Ivy is scared of letting anyone come to close except for her baby brother. She is an amazing character and you just have to love her.
Of course you already know Lark and that he's loyal to the bone and an amazing friend, but in 'Ranger' you'll get to know him even better. You'll get to know insights about his past and where his physical and mental scars came from.
I for my part, can't wait to get my fingers on the next installment - 'Custodian' book #5 - in the 'Elemental Paladins' series. Montana Ash is for sure one of my most favourite authors out there and I would always recommend her books.
So, if you love a great paranormal story, combined with hot guys and the occasional erotic scene, you just have to read this series!
