REVIEW TO 'EMBERS OF MEMORY: A THRONE OF GLASS GAME' BY KURO

ADVERTISEMENT {REVIEW}

I received this book as a review copy in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion. A big thank you goes here to Bloomsbury Publishing Australia.

Aelin Galathynius has given up her freedom for the sake of her people. Held captive by the Queen of the Fae and tortured for information, her only companions are a silent prisoner and her own mind. The image of her mother, her lover, her friends. The embers of her memory, and a voice, deep inside...

"You will not yield."

Embers of Memory: A Throne of Glass Game is a two-player co-operative card game set during the events of Kingdom of Ash, the epic climax to Sarah J. Maas' Throne of Glass series. Working together, you must delve into the memories of the young queen and help her face her inner demons before she is overwhelmed. Be warned - each challenge you face is more complex than the last, testing the bond between you and your partner to its limit.

With Embers Of Memory, Bloomsbury Publishing brought out a fun game and combined it with absolutely stunning artwork. We have played this game a few times and the rules are really easy to understand. Though it's definitely not easy to win this game! Another advantage of this game is, that you can more or less choose however long the game should go on for, since there are various chapters and sections to play.

To play this game, it is not necessary to have read the books beforehand, which was good because little Miss C hasn't read them yet. Though if you read the books, you might understand a bit more of all the strategies and insights going on in the game.

Also, the whole game is produced in a very high quality and makes a great photo prop and looks absolutely stunning as decoration on the bookshelves!

I was really excited, when I first heard about this game and I really got what I had hoped for. Embers of Memory is the perfect addition for any Sarah J. Maas / Throne of Glass fan and I can most definitely recommend this fun - and good-looking - game. We will play it again very soon, for sure!
