REVIEW TO 'DISNEY PIXAR: SOUL' THE MOVIE NOVEL

ADVERTISEMENT {REVIEW}

I received this book as a review copy in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion. A big thank you goes here to Scholastic Australia.

Disney and Pixar’s Soul takes you on a journey from the streets of New York City to the cosmic realms to explore some of life’s biggest questions. Transported from his body on the most important day of his life, musician Joe Gardner has to convince a directionless soul named 22 to help him get back to Earth to fulfill his lifelong dream. This captivating junior novel retells the whole out-of-this-world adventure.

The cover of sᴏᴜʟ: ᴛʜᴇ ᴍᴏᴠɪᴇ ɴᴏᴠᴇʟ is beautifully cute and we love it dearly.

The book itself takes you with it to the adventure of Joe and 22. The writing style is very easy to read and definitely suitable for young readers. And the interior design with the coloured insert has been a highlight for us.

The characters are typical for Disney Pixar and they conquered our hearts within no time. Throughout their journey, they made us smile and giggle, but also brought out all the emotions when it came to the more sad parts of the story.

Sᴏᴜʟ: ᴛʜᴇ ᴍᴏᴠɪᴇ ɴᴏᴠᴇʟ has been a beautiful, heartwarming story for in between. This book has been a highlight for the whole family and we’re now definitely looking forward to watching the movie as well.
